There are certain movements that are fundamental to human nature. For most of us, we are all born with the ability to perform these movements without any formal education on how to do so. The ability to maintain and demonstrate these fundamental movements is what allows us to live life to its maximal potential without limitations. However, when we lose possession of these fundamental movements is when we lose the capacity to experience life. As we lose capacity, we lose our independence to move freely, and no one should have the freedom of movement taken from them.
That is why we created the Master The Lunge [P]Rehab Program, another installment of the fundamental movements. No matter your fitness level, age, injury history, or squatting experience - we have a carefully thought out plan developed for you to take back the fundamental movement of lunging!
With this product, you will get access to a progressive 7-week program to master the lunge. The program will safely build you up to handle every type of bodyweight lunge variation. You will start by learning the fundamentals to build the basic lunge and then each week you will perform a different exercise routine that focuses on improving a specific lunge variation. Over the span of seven weeks, you will develop the prerequisite mobility and strength throughout your body to make lunging easier and ultimately improve your lunge performance! Most importantly, you'll gain access to us to help coach you along the way if you have any questions, concerns, or setbacks!
